Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in new, unused condition

Items must be returned in the original packaging 

We cover return shipping only if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item)

For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

To ensure a smooth return process, please package the item carefully using the original packaging. Returns may be refused if the product is damaged due to improper repackaging.

 

Refunds

1. Please log in to your Riumlore account to submit a return request, and send us an email at support@riumlore.com

Be sure to include the following information in your email:

   A.Your order number

   B.Reason for the return( If the product is defective, please include 3–5 photos or a short video. This will greatly help us assess the situation and determine whether we can provide a prepaid return label.)

2. Once approved, you will be able to download the return label from the email we send you.

3. Please package the item and ensure all components are in their original packaging. 

4. Once we have received and verified the returned product, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase within 3–5 days.

Please note: 

   A.Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 days for the refund to be credited to your account.

   B.If the return is not due to a quality issue, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
